By accessing or using Math Clear Guide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use the Website, register for an account, or purchase a membership.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to register for a membership on Math Clear Guide. If you are under this age, you may only use the Website under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Account Registration
To access member-only content, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Membership Plans & Payment
Math Clear Guide offers Monthly and Annual membership plans, as described on our Pricing page. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
Payments are currently processed manually, through bank transfer or other payment methods listed at checkout. Your membership and access to member content will be activated once your payment has been confirmed by our team, which may take up to 24 hours.
Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. If we change our pricing, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing members in advance; price changes will not apply to a billing period already paid for.
5. Renewals
Monthly and Annual memberships renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Since payments are processed manually, renewal reminders will be sent to your registered email address ahead of your renewal date, and you will need to complete payment through the same manual process to continue uninterrupted access.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at hello@mathclearguide.com or through your Account page. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to member content until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
7. License to Use Resources
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and an active membership where applicable, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the worksheets, videos, workshops, and other materials available on Math Clear Guide (“Resources”) for personal use or use within a single classroom.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload to another website, or otherwise make available any Resources, in whole or in part, to individuals outside of your own household or single classroom, whether or not for payment. Resources may not be used to create competing products or services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, worksheets, graphics, videos, logos, and the Math Clear Guide name and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 7, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Website to violate any applicable law, share your account login with others outside your household or classroom, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems, upload or transmit any harmful code, or scrape, copy, or systematically download content from the Website beyond your personal or single-classroom use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, without refund, at our discretion.
10. Free Resources & Third-Party Content
Some resources, such as free samples, may be offered without requiring a paid membership, sometimes in exchange for your name and email address. These free resources are also subject to the license and restrictions described in Section 7. Where the Website links to or embeds third-party content, such as videos hosted on external platforms, that content is subject to the respective third party’s own terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and all Resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that any particular educational outcome will result from the use of our Resources.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Math Clear Guide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any Resources. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may add, modify, or remove Resources, features, or pricing on the Website at any time, in order to improve and grow Math Clear Guide. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that active members continue to have access to a comparable library of content throughout their membership.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Website at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
